Member: the natural person he uses and interacts with the Siing.net

User: the adult or legal natural person who concludes a contract for carrying out or for needs related to his business, commercial or professional activity.

Visitor: the natural person who has no accounts and has not bought any product within the SIING.NET

Customer/Student: natural person who has purchased at least one product and is a tender of an account

Account: a reserved area in which the customer can manage personal data, his subscription and view any invoices and purchase orders.

Content: any type of element inside the SIEING.NET images, audio, videos, texts, links etc.

Conditions: Contract governing the relationship between the owner of the SIEING.NET , users and the sale regarding the supply of video courses, dispensing offered within the SIING Plus platform

1.1 The service that is offered through the Siing Club platform, Siing Plus allows students/customers to access through a subscription to services of a character exclusively linked to singing as a pedagogical/didactic/dissemination

1.2 The owner reserves any right to stop and not provide the platform service in its entirety or in part to any user and for any motivation with or without notice.

1.3 Inside the platform there are some areas of discussion and sharing.

2.1 The use of this platform is allowed only only to users/customers/adult students. Possible use by parts of users/customers/minor students presupposes and implies the authorization and supervision of parents or those who exercise their power or protection.
These figures will therefore assume any responsibility for the minor's work against the use of the platform and third parties involved and kept at control.

2.2 All content within the SIING CLUB platform, Siing Plus can be used by users/customers/students having a healthy voice and have the task of being a support for the vocal/sung training path of each individual user/customer/student what want to take use of it.

2.3 The owner assumes no responsibility in case of incorrect execution of the exercises and advice that can cause damage to the person who uses them.

2.4 All didactic contents do not replace in any way a specialized rehabilitation therapy provided by experts such as speech therapist and fontiary.

2.5 Sing Club, Siing Plus does not want to replace any type of school and provides absolutely does not provide accreditation or authorized state certified.

2.6 It is highly recommended that these services are accompanied by a teacher who follows a validation and monitoring such as to make this service an useful source to be able to improve one's own song sung.

3 scope of application of the conditions of use

3.1 The use of this platform entails the acceptance of the conditions of use by the user/customer/student. If the user/customer/student does not intend to accept these conditions, here other note, a possible bond notice will not be able to use the platform and its related services.

4.3 Purchases of the services entered within the platform are allowed by both users and consumer users to customers and students who have purchased and requested access.

4.4 to natural persons applicants service through the purchase of services within the platform are allowed only to the condition that demonstrate the age of majority. For minors, any purchase of services through the platform must be authorized by parents or natural persons who replace the parent and exercise parental responsibility.

4.6 The sales contract of each product inserted within the platform cannot be considered effective in the absence of what is indicated to the point 4.5

5 How to register on the platform

5.1 To take advantage of the services inserted within the platform, each user/customer/student must register, providing the way truthful and complete all the data requested within the registration form, fully accepting the privacy & policy, the Cookie Policy e the conditions of the terms of use.

5.2. The user/customer/student has the burden of guarding their access credentials, which must be used exclusively by the user/customer/student and cannot be sold to third parties.

The user/customer/student undertakes to keep them secret, promptly informed the owner if you are up to or learn of undue use or an undue disclosure of them.

5.3 The user/customer/student guarantees that the personal information provided during the registration procedure is complete and true. 6 Cancellation of account and closing services

7 SIING CLUB SUBSTRATION, SIING PLUS

7.1 The platform offers subscription services annual. The characteristics of the subscription are detailed within the platform

7.2. To subscribe to a subscription, the procedure indicated inside the platform must be followed by entering the requested data.

7.3 Each user/customer/student can deactivate their subscription by sending communication to the email address info@sing.net

7.4 Some services will have a unit cost without a type of subscription and they may have the expiry of use clearly indicated within the item characteristics service.

8. Prices and payments

8.1 Each service indicates the price and tax (VAT) if it is due.

8.2. Any taxes will be indicated if there were additional expenses.

8.3. The owner reserves the right to modify the price of services and all any additional costs at any time. These changes will not affect the contracts concluded before the modification.

8.4. The user/customer/student undertakes to pay the price of the service in the times and in the ways indicated within the platform by communicating the necessary data requested.

8.5. The platform uses third parties for the processing of payments (stripe) and does not in any way come into contact with the payment data provided (credit card number, name and surname owner, password etc.)

8.6. If these third party tools (stripe) should deny the authorization for payment, the owner will not be able to provide the service and will not be considered responsible.

10 supply of services

11 right of withdrawal

12 Intellectual property right

12.1 The owner declares to be the owner of all the intellectual property rights contained and available within the SIING Premium platform.

12.2 The conditions do not grant the user/customer/student any license relating to the platform and the individual contents available.

12.3 Any reproductions in any form of the contents of the platform, if unauthorized, will be considered violations of the intellectual property right.

13 EXCLUSION OF WARRANTY

13.1 The owner does not provide any guarantee that the contents are devoid of errors or that they are updated with deadlines.

13.2 The owner will try to ensure and make services available within the platform continuously 24 hours a day, but cannot be held responsible if, for any reason the platform was not accessible at any time.
