Awareness tools for artistic growth
A "voice that excites" is a voice that transmits emotions without being overwhelmed.
The voice is in fact a significant "barometer of emotions" : so much responds to our emotional variations, as it effectively allows us to express them.
The ability to manage the voice, especially in stressful contexts, then becomes closely linked to our ability to manage emotions: let our singing color without holding them back or being seized from it.
This ability, which influences both the study path of singing and artistic performance, goes "beyond" purely technical skills and instead has to do with cognitive
and emotional difficulties: the self -judgment that makes it difficult to get involved, the Fear of the audience that prevents you from integrating it as part of musical communication, the effort of leaving the difficulties of personal life out of the stage ...
a webinar is proposed, lasting 2 hours, aimed at teachers, singers and singing students with the goal Of:
• promote awareness of psychological variables that influence the emotional expression in singing;
• Experiment with some tools to improve one's emotions management capacity during artistic performance.

I learned of this webinar thanks to Stefano Baroni and knowing that he was organized by Albert Hera I had no doubts about the quality of the experience. Thanks then to these two dear friends, but above all thanks to Raffaella Pellegrini. I had taken a look at his interesting training course, but in last night meeting I realized how important it is to meet the vibration, the sound, the gaze of a person to really be able to recognize value and resonances. She managed with an elegant and intense energy to lead this webinar by facing the delicate theme of emotions and singing openlyly. Several interesting ideas and also a final practice.
