EMV Extreme Mix Voice® (or extreme mix), is:
1) A term coined by Antonio di Corcia to identify a type of "extremely" technical and athletic mix, in which the component of full voice remains acoustically perceptible along all the large vocal extension. Although not synonymous with extreme vocality, EMV® provides and promotes the development of the distorted voice and the whistle register via dedicated teaching modules (EMV®_Distors at 4 levels and stop_closure Whistle, Female Laryngneal Whistle and ingressive whistle, also didactic paths. -Scientific, appointed and designed by Antonio Di Corcia in 2009 during the research carried out with Prof. Fussi);
2) a multifunctional EMV® singing method, based on protocols and procedures tested and verified over the years, in which it can be certified as a singer / teacher EMV on three levels;
3) An EMV® intensive training course with teaching staff of various extraction and different specificities, aimed at all singers and teachers but in any case, necessary for those who face the certification path in the method.
EMV® is physiologically based on a false cordale hypertonic interest which on the one hand maintains the vocal muscle "to work", where it would tend to retire and on the other the sound source can.
This fake cordale interest, which is obtained with a form called EMV® Standard Mix procedure, elevates the point of passage of the register, contributing to a greater extension in full item and promoting a more connected, powerful and present emission, called extreme mix. The extreme mix is "opposed" to what we have called standard mixes, in which the passage remains much more perceptible, the smaller extension or in any case more in M2Mix1 and in which you have a lower presence.
The extreme mix is the basis of "strong" emissions such as hard rock or soul; While the standard mix supports lighter emissions such as pop.
It is important to specify that by mix means "a dynamic control emission of the M1Mix2 - M2Mix1 transition" (of Corcia, Fussi 2019) and that in EMV® there are two macro types of these emissions (standard mix and extreme mix). These emissions are obtained with specific modules and tested in 15 years (EMV® ProceduraDura Standard Mix, EMV® induction_intonation_imitation, EMV® Distortions, EMV® whistle Register, EMV®_VIBRATO AND EMV®_Sovtexmix dedicated to those who use Bubblemask and FA MIX) .
